Jiffy Lube Multicare

It's nice to know there are still places out there that will take a care of you even - and especially - when you are not doing business with them and this Jiffy Lube location is a great example! I threw my back out loading up my car and of course, 5 mins later my tire pressure indicator came on. I was in no shape to check the tires myself and very luckily happened to be passing by this JL and they were more than happy to help me out. I don't live in that area but if I'm ever close by again, I would absolutely be happy to get my oil changed, etc. Great crew of guys - thanks again!!

I think the people are super nice. The Mechanics are nice. It was done very quickly, but I think it's kind of a rip off. Even with air filters and a discount coupon, I think $185 is a little crazy.. just my opinion.

Wow! I am so impressed with the customer service at this location on Fairfax Blvd! Myrna met me at my car, didn't rush me to get my things as I have experienced at other Jiffy Lubes. She had everything in order, organized, told me the price of the service I was requesting before they started on my car. When I asked how long she had been with the company, she replied "almost 30 years!" with a smile on her face. This is unheard of these days, you can certainly tell that she is a dedicated employee! My oil change was finished quickly, could have vacuumed a little better but Myrna makes up for that deficiency! If you are still reading this review, stop by July 9, 2026 and wish her a happy 30 years!

I have been to multiple Jiffy Lube locations, and this is by far the worst one I’ve ever visited. The staff was disrespectful, unprofessional, and clearly lacked basic knowledge about how to properly service vehicles. I asked them to perform a simple factory reset after the service, and they told me they “don’t do that.” What kind of automotive service shop doesn’t even have an OBD-II scanner to reset a vehicle properly? That’s basic equipment for modern cars. The level of incompetence and poor customer service here is unacceptable. I would rather change my oil myself than trust this location with my car again. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I will never return to this location.

Troy was great - he gave great service. His recommendations were spot on with what was needed. Service was fast as well. I will be coming back.
