Jiffy Lube Multicare

I came in to the jiffy lube in Germantown to get an oil change, explicitly stated that I only wanted an oil change. Without my consent, they proceeded to also give me a tire rotation and tacked on an extra $40 for the service that I did NOT consent to. They would have charged me at checkout if I didn’t catch it in time as I was about to pay. Avoid this particular jiffy lube location! They are fraudulent and scammy. They did not have my consent to perform an unwanted service on my vehicle and then try to charge me, which is illegal. Please beware!!! Find a trusted mom and pop place instead.

They inserted a foreign object into my Mercedes radiator cooling fan a tiny clip attached to the fan blade as shown in the video and pics that tiny piece caused the fan to have an imbalance Creating a unnatural load on the fan when I asked them about it they said I brought my car in like that mind u the I got it checked out and a Mercedes tech told me after showing him the video. That that clip is the reason for the fan failure and it would have happened immediately within hours of placement here were are the next day and my car can’t drive with out over heating and merceds quoted me 2400$ for the fix all for me not charging my own oil and bringing it to a shop with numerous reviews of wrong doing claims here we come imagine coming for a oil change being told u Need services u don’t ne

Sadie was very helpful and did a great job to ensure that my car was taken car of properly. She seems very honest and trustworthy. I will return again for my next oil change. I give her and the Frederick Jiffy Lube an A+ and rate it with 5 stars.

The team quite professional, polite , up front with prices before performing any service, offer suggestions needed, inform you how and to save money with their coupons. Very diverse team ( a great plus) Natalie, lady you rock. Enjoy seeing them work a true team. I had my oil change d, air filter and front windshield wipers service.

Great value, friendly service, faster service than higher-priced competitors, and better than any other Jiffy Lube I've been to. Simply fantastic.
