Jiffy Lube Multicare

I didn’t have a really great experience. I felt the knowledge of the product was weak. The attendant couldn’t really answer my questions and I should have just gone somewhere else. I don’t know if they topped off my fluids or if they needed to do so. I received no printed material or explanations about the health or maintenance needs specific to my auto. Also they did want to sell me a cabin air filter but they rifled through my glove box and stuffed things back in with no care to how they were arranged when they came out. All very unprofessional.

4.5/5 It is unreasonable to assume that one will never make a mistake, however the way that one handles a mistake says a lot. Yesterday I went into this Jiffy Lube for an oil change and it was a perfectly fine experience, I paid and left and everything was good. This morning I get a call and hear that they had forgotten to reinstall the skid plate and asked if I could return at my leisure and they would get it fixed for me, I showed up and in just a couple minutes everything was fixed and Anthony who helped me was very kind about the whole situation. Overall I had a good experience even with the mishap and that says a lot about a business.

When I came here my a/c worked well after leaving when I turned it on it made a sound, I couldn't come the same day because I had things to do and I had to work the following days. Now they tell me that it's not their problem when my vehicle was fine before coming

Called in the morning about my spark plugs and was told to come in because it wasn’t too busy. They were very nice and the customer service was excellent. Didn’t feel like I waited a hour. I will definitely be back again! Thank you guys!!

I have to tell you that every time that I get my service at 6826 Midlothian Turnpike Richmond, VA. I am thoroughly satisfied with the level of professionalism and vehicle care. I was greeted by a young man in uniform with a smile and welcome. As always the manager Cecil was very professional with the other customers and myself. I witnessed him double check behind his team to insure that everything was done properly. I used to bring my company fleet and personal vehicles here years ago and it got pretty bad and I stopped coming for service. I took a chance a couple of years ago to give it another try. The management of this location has been superb and consistent. Thank you to the ownership and staff for correcting what was wrong. Good job Jiffy Lube, Cecil and TEAM! You have my business ba
