Trust these Gents, they are pros and keep an extremely CLEAN shop/lobby/restrooms Did I mention free snacks. I highly recommend this Business. I genuinely appreciate their transparency as they communicate every step of the way along with cameras on the bay in the lobby so you could possibly learn a thing or two as it is a live tutorial. When you need extra help, it's always hard to find good and respectful techs. Kyle and Jlee went above and beyond to help my car get started. OTHERS said no to me but these 2 individuals stayed late to help me out when others wouldn't even acknowledge me. Thank you both and Jiffy lube for your help

Great service nice people free popcorn, after I was home started to see oil spots all over my parking spot. Returned to location and they pulled skid plates and said it was coming down from top of engine. At me hat point they replaced gasket on oil filter housing and said to come back if problem continues. Returned back and they pulled skid plates again and found leak was still happening. I then washed engine completely and drove vehicle back home. Went to Albuquerque and now vehicles entire under carriage is coated in oil. I’m going to return again on 12/16/2025 to see what I’m told. I believe that my oil filter housing was over torque and is now broken. Replacement is kinda expensive and I don’t know if they have the capability to perform the work. I’ll see how this goes. Stoped in for a pitted window the attendant was was excellent I got there just before he closed the bay doors 😃 I explained as I was driving from Santa Fe. My Windshield got hit by a rock and i didn’t want it to run. He said it was not a problem. He I would fix it for me. I know it’s close to closing time, but I really appreciate the fact that he took a few extra minutes to attend to my dilemma.

Kyle and Adam took very good care of my vehicle. They had excellent customer service skills and straight forward!
