Jiffy Lube Multicare

I needed to travel into Wichita today to meet my sister and realize that she had some desperate maintenance that need to be done. George was able to get us in right away squared away and taken care of. My sister also needed tires and does Jiffy Lube offered quite a deal on tires almost $200 cheaper than the tire shop next door. Very thankful for him getting us back in good shape and on the road. Peace of mind, knowing we were very well taken care of. This will be the only place we come to when we’re back in town! Thank you, George, David and team. If you need tires, these guys will get you in and out quicker than the shop next-door.

Honestly, it was one of the greatest experiences I've ever had at any business, even compared to places I've worked at. The guys there were so awesome and reassuring and helpful. George, Brian, and Mitchell were all super nice and amazing and did such a good job and had excellent customer service. Today I experienced truly great customer service at the Jiffy Lube on Maze Road. I had been trying for over a week to get my car in elsewhere for an alignment with no luck. I tried their location on and rock two times, but unfortunately they were too booked to get me inWhen I came to the Maze Road location, the experience was wonderful from start to finish. They got me in quickly, provided excellent service, and the customer care from George was outstanding. I will definitely be spreading the word!

Man! George made today Super Easy for me today! Got my vehicle right in and out, gave the perfect lunch recommendations, and was super Friendly! I'll be coming back because of service like this!

When I checked in and asked for a full synthetic oil change on a Saturday afternoon, my car was in the shop in under 5 minutes. The manager, George, asked if I had a coupon, and when I said no, he offered one to me anyway and gave me an $80 discount. Fast, professional, and courteous service. I will definitely be back!
