Jiffy Lube

Update: Still 5 stars. Went for a tune up which was not something I realized they did the first time. It was super quick (less than 2 hours) and everyone there is so nice and thorough. Stopped in on a whim today for a quick oil change and it was exactly that. Super quick, efficient, friendly and knowledgeable staff. I'll be back for sure!

When getting my oil changed the man was trying to get me to get a new battery for my car and I said I was going through a rough time financially and could barely afford the oil change and he looked at me and said "I don't know why people come to get their oil changed when they can't afford it" I found this extremely disrespectful. You never know what someone is going through. I will never come back here ever again.

I had never gone to a jiffy lube, and was very hesitant because of what you hear about fast places. I had gone to another oil changing company prior to this one today and well let's say I'm glad I decided not to go to the other place. Jiffy lube had us sit in the car, explained everything they were doing, what we needed for the car. Very professional even helped changed the car reader for the next oil change. I highly recommend them and I'm glad I had it done there it was much quicker than the place prior to them.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO Any of these oil change places to save a buck. Especially Jiffy Lube. Took my wife’s BMW X3 there a week and a half ago and now I am paying $3200 to have the oil filter reservoir replaced on the engine. A common problem caused by oil change technicians who do not know to properly torque this fitting. Part of the problem is a plastic housing designed by Bmw, but bigger problem is over torquing by oil change “mechanics” Take your newer model cars to the dealer to have the oil change is done by somebody that knows what they’re doing. Only gave one star rating because I couldn’t give zero

Recommended oil change every 3K miles. This is incorrect. I use synthetic oil, which breaks down more slowly than regular. My car’s manual dictates every 6K miles. Nice people but they’re saying something that isn’t true.
