Jiffy Lube

I just left after my oil change, and while the service itself was fast, I had a concerning experience afterward. Shortly after leaving, I noticed a very strong oil smell. I tried to brush it off but then I saw that the engine oil cap had been left off sitting on top of my car! I had to pull over immediately to fix it myself. This is a serious safety and mechanical issue. if I hadn’t noticed right away, oil could have sprayed out, caused engine damage, or the cap could have fallen off completely. That kind of mistake can be very costly for customers. The staff were friendly, but they seemed a bit too playful and unserious while working, which made me uneasy. I came in with some stripped bolts on the skid plate and was a little hesitant that work could be done. The two guys (can’t remember their names but great guys, one from Alaska) told me not to worry! They got the stripped and seized bolts out and did the oil change nice and smoothly. All under an hour! (Speedy work if you ever had to remover sized bolts) If you need some reliable and trustworthy people to work on your car, these are your people! Great staff, friendly place and overall great experience!

On Saturday, 2/14/2026, I went the Jiffy lube on Ogden Avenue in Naperville. Both Tyler & Charles took very good care of me. They were polite, knowledgeable & professional. These guys were great. Thank you!

Tyler and Aiden did a wonderful job working on our car and we're incredibly patient with us. They answered all our questions and made suggestions for our car without trying to push anything on us! Wonderful service and we will be coming here again for an oil change.

Excellent service by our friends in Juffy Lubr in east Ogden. Quite courteous and timely. Chop chop. In this cold weather they accomplish their challenges and satisfy all the customers with oil changes. Kudos
