Showed up for an oil change for a fairly new car, I wasn’t sure which oil I needed. The service person checked and told me the oil was clean and I had fully synthetic oil. Meaning I had another 2000 miles before an oil change was necessary. So nice, they could have taken my money and done an oil change I didn’t need. I went back 2000 miles later.
I had a great interaction with Eddie! He was super helpful and had me in and out! I will always come back there because of the interaction with him!
I called in to see if they were doing inspections and they said yes. I pull up and they proceed to tell me that they don't have a lift that will hold my car to inspect it. Ummmmm what?!?! It's a Chevy Traverse! It's a mid size SUV! So you are telling me that you can't do any inspections on an SUV or bigger? I think they just didn't want to do it cause it was close to 5pm when they told me on the phone was their cutoff time. Maybe they should let people know that their lift can't handle any cars either while they are at it. Insane. Do yourself a favor a don't bother to go here.
Jiffy lube in Nashua on East Hollis street is a great place to go. Great service and got me in and out in 20 minutes for my oil change. Nobody does it faster!!!
Quick service, kind lube techs. Fair price. My family will be back for future service. They made it very easy to call for information and welcoming to be there, very important to me!!! UPDATE: Went in today for an oil change and state inspection....they ran out of stickers! They didn't do the inspection (obviously) nor the oil change... Didn't bother to call us to let us know. We called over an hour and a half later to know when services would be complete to hear the news above... They told my husband 35-45 mins when we left it with them! They told us to leave the car unlocked because they were going to pull it right in.... It was still unlocked and where we parked it in their lot. We were offered a discount if we wanted to come back in 3-5 days when the stickers come in.... Absolutely ap
