Jiffy Lube

I always use Jiffy Lube and this is by far the best location I've ever come to. They were quick, efficient, knowledgeable, and professional. The manager Will is a Navy veteran who noticed my disabled veteran plates and IMMEDIATELY thanked me for my service. Started swapping stories and we actually served at the same base. He gave me a military discount and told me what needed to be done on my truck beyond an oil change. This is by far the BEST Jiffy Lube I've ever been to in the country. Will is leading this ship with all the professionalism and attention to detail his 12 years of service to this great country taught him. I CAN'T RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION ENOUGH.

I have always had good service from this Jiffy Lube. I know the quick oil change business get a bad rap from up selling. I find this group to be honest. Josh was wonderful tonight. I knew when I drove in my issue was more than an oil change. He took time to explain what was going on, and his listening skills were great.

The service itself was okay. When I was told the price, I was shocked. Over a hundred dollars for a simple oil change on a four cylinder Ford Escape. The technician also told me I needed to change my rear differential fluid. There is no rear differential on a front wheel drive Escape. With a $20 off coupon, I managed to get out of there for only $90. I will find somewhere else to get future oil changes. The Ford dealer is cheaper than this.

The people were really nice and efficient .BUT a $ 109.99 oil change and then a shop supply of $9.36 tacked on. C’mon now. They topped off my anti freeze for 6.99 - did they just charge me $ 9.36 to use their funnel to add the antifreeze😱? Will NOT be returning to Jiffy Lube BEWARE ps took all of 10 minutes. Great place, fantastic people & service! I stopped in to ask about getting air in one of my tires (car's sensor told which tire was low) and they were busy...Bradley told me no problem & to pull around front. I couldn't believe he wanted to make sure all tires had the correct PSI! Because of our temps dropping, 2 of the 4 were very low. How efficient & kind to take the time to do it, and do it right. A few days later, I decided to go ahead and have my oil changed (since it was close to time) and I had the pleasure of working with River. Wow! I was taken care of quickly, showed my cabin filter (yuk!), tires & fluids looked good so I was ready to go! Price wasn't bad and it is SO nice to see such good customer service (like back in the day)!
