Jiffy Lube Oil Change

Honestly, if I could give this place a zero that’s what it needs. Anyone who has gotten an oil change there needs to seriously consider the possibility that they really didn’t get an oil change. I have a 4Runner and a Tundra. I actually live relatively close to this place and have been there off and on for years…. I have gotten inspections and different vehicle vehicles serviced there over the years. I’ve gotten to where I change the oil on the 4runner and the Tundra myself… but recently, I decided to take the 4Runner over there because I wanted a change in a “jiffy”and I didn’t want to go through the hassle of doing it myself. So I took it over there and reminding you that I have experience doing this myself…. I can see the guy working on the car from the lobby.. they have a glass door.

Edit: I changed my review from a 1 to 3 because the GM called me directly and rectified my concerns. She was very kind! I brought my car in for a standard oil change. It began leaking oil after I returned home. When I brought my car back for them to look at the leaking oil, the woman who is I charge, assured me they tested it and that nothing was leaking. Her service tech stopped me on the way to my vehicle and told me that I needed a second opinion. I then had to take to a dealership, pay for filter to be tightened and another oil change because I had lost almost all of my oil. I will never return.

They are the BEST! Quick service and generous staff! They go an extra mile if anything else is needed for your car (air in tires). A woman like me has trouble with doing that! So Thankful for their services!

I went to Jiffy Lube Laura Duncan this morning to get my truck inspected. I got there at 8 AM to beat the rush. I was told the inspection person wasn't there yet and they couldn't say when he would arrive. Same exact story last year when I tried to get an inspection. There was one car ahead of me and I waited 20 minutes but no inspector. As I sat there I researched the internet and found a place 1.2 miles away called Apex Inspection Center that promotes doing Inspections usually in less than 10 minutes so I headed over there. They had my truck inspected in about 10 minutes with no issues reported. I can't comment on other Jiffy Lube services at this location, but if you are getting an inspection I recommend avoiding this place. I've used them for over 20 years now and they just lo

I have been to this location a few times and was satisfied. That is until recently. I went in to have my oil changed. I noticed after about a month that it appeared something was leaking from under the car. I took the car in to a local mechanic and he said the oil filter was not installed properly. When I called yo bring to attention, the on duty manager if you will, was rude and tried dismissing my concern. Also took three days of calling non stop for someone to answer the phone. Just be aware as this place has changed hands many times and it’s quality of service is not as stellar as it used to be.
