Jiffy Lube Oil Change

Customer service was great. Polite to customer. Big complaint, they had 4 plug in air fresheners going in the waiting area. Plug in air fresheners are highly toxic. My eyes were watering and I had to wait outside. Fortunately the wait wasn’t that long. For a non toxic alternative, use a diffuser with essential oil.

Pulled up around 3:00 pm for oil change and emissions test. The two technicians that I encountered were polite and professional. I brought in my wife’s Honda the day prior and same results as today. They had me in and out in a very reasonable amount of time. Will return to this facility for future Preventative Maintenance needs.

Thanks to Dominique and his team for servicing my vehicle! He went above and beyond my expectations. I just pulled in for an oil change and he was able to give me a full report and provide me with the necessary parts for my car immediately. Thank you again! Definitely happy to drive home knowing the issues were taken care of!

I have been a Jiffy Lube Loyalist for many years. ( I drive 30 miles one way to have my car serviced.) It continues to be worth the drive, thanks to people like Tyler, who worked on my car today. He was friendly, efficient, professional, and responsive to my requests.

dropped in coming back to atl 30 mins before close, these guys were super professional, super accommodating, and super affordable! if u need some wd40 they don't have any though great service! professional smiles! thank you'll. will be back!
