Jiffy Lube Oil Change

Don't take your car here. I had my oil changed here on November 18th. The mechanic that did it didn't put the oil filter back on tight enough. I drove around leaking oil without my knowledge until November 29th when my check engine light came on and my car started jerking upon acceleration. I checked the oil and it was so low that I could barely see it on the dipstick. I had to pay $200 to have my car towed from the side of the highway to a shop. The leaking oil caused my solenoid to go bad and it ended up costing me $300 to replace. I called Jiffy Lube angry about this and they took my information and said some person called "Larry" I think would call me back to discuss this. Always come here for my oil changes and these guys do a great job. They do their best to only upsell you on things you truly need and they saved me from a really bad day today by letting me know I had a massive nail all the way through my tire that I never would have seen. I appreciate the manager was transparent and physically brought me to show the air filters needed to be replaced. However, there was a random piece of plastic in my floorboard that was NOT there before and now my car is making a strange high pitched mechanical sound. Did this come off/out of my car? Why didn't they put it back if it did? Will this do permanent damage? Who knows. Video shows sound, this sound has NEVER happened before and only happens when the vehicle is on. I cannot afford anymore repairs.

Everyone’s customer service here was excellent! They checked both my engine and cabin air filters to see if they needed replacing—which I appreciated. Yes, it’s a bit more expensive than AutoZone, but for the convenience, I went ahead and got it done here. Pro tip: look for a Groupon, online promo, or military discount to save some money. They also checked all my lights and even aired up my tires. The staff was funny, professional, and surprisingly great—Jiffy Lube really exceeded my expectations! KB especially stood out—very informative, knowledgeable, and a genuinely great salesman. He made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.

Unreal experience. TLDR - Oil plug was left loose and drained oil on my driveway - Oil was over filled by well over a quart - Went back to store to have the remove excess and the person recheck the dipstick and try to explain to me why it wasn't over full even though we were both looking it over full markings - had to go home and remove excess myself - tech either didn't remove or didn't wear gloves or something but got oil residue on steering wheel and gear selector I need an oil change the next morning so I decided to stop at Jiffy Lube. I used a coupon and a synthetic blend oil change was only 68 bucks, which was not a bad deal.
