Jiffy Lube Oil Change

They left screws out if my plastic belly pan after I literally TOLD them to make sure they didn't leave screws out because it happened before.l in Houston once. They left them out and the wind bent the panel down and scraped the concrete like sandpaper till the panel is destroyed and needs replaced. Now I have to drive back to Houston with the panel fluttering in the wind today. I suspect they stripped the oil filter reusable thing too. They said they didn't but consider I've never had an issue before at the normal place I go it's obvious. They were trying to order the correct tool and I overheard them on the phone doing so. Also: they took the entire pan off instead of instead of just the front right screws. If you don't know what your doing then ask or research it! It's going to cost ov
