Mavis Tires & Brakes

Had a great experience today, the staff was friendly and the gentleman who worked on my truck was super attentive to my vehicle. I enjoy the windows into the bay helps passing the time. If I had one complaint it was really warm in there. I shot the wall temperature with my phone and got readings of 75 and 77 degrees. It was miserably warm honestly. I will be back. Great place.

Dusti and Tommy were very helpful and informative, they made me and my family feel very welcome and comfortable and kept me updated frequently on the status of my car, they both went above and beyond expectations. I couldn't be happier with my visit and the quality of the work they did. Great job guys, y'all freaking rock!!!

My tire was completely flat. It's difficult to find tire service available on Sundays. Mavis was open, quick, and most of all, friendly. The absolute best customer service i have ever had at any garage (all- not just tire service). I needed to have it fixed same day because I was driving home from Granbury that day. They checked all tires (not just the one that was flat) and fluids, repaired the one, got me in and out in less than 15 minutes. And even for service on a Sunday, they did this as a courtesy. Who does that anymore? Robert at Mavis Tire in Granbury does! Highly recommend. It's important to find mechanics you can trust, and if i lived in Granbury, I would absolutely go to Mavis for tires and routine maintenance.

As soon as I walked in, I felt the welcoming energy from Dusti. She was very informative and helpful and assisted my oil change needs at a low price, I’ve had in entire Hood County. Thomas and her were great and in my opinion made this experience spectacular! I will definitely be back for my brake needs and other auto repairs. They have an awesome kids play area and charging station, I was in & out in less than 30 minutes. Ooo they also have a free tire air machine besides being cute, it beeps when it’s ready to stop making it easy to use during this winter weather. Stop by today, they deserve your business!

I visited Mavis Tire and Brakes on 11-13-26 to get a brake inspection because my brakes were squeaking. I was impressed with how Zack explained what could cause my brakes to squeak even though I recently had them replaced at another auto shop. Zack had another employee take my car for a drive to test it out. The employee came back and checked the pads, roters, and shocks. Now my car stops smoothly and feels much safer. I appreciate the honesty. I would definitely recommend them and will be back for my future car needs.
