Jiffy Lube Oil Change

I absolutely love this place. The staff is incredibly helpful, friendly, and welcoming. The atmosphere is always positive, and the team maintains a high level of professionalism and courtesy. Their oil change services are not only efficient but also very affordable. I highly recommend this business definitely a five-star experience. My Favorites are Mr. Ricardo & Mr. David.

My experience was awesome. Staff super friendly. Im actually taking my car back in to get the rotors fixed. The price is slightly higher than most. Definitely worth the dollars to make sure its done right.

I'm from San Antonio, but use Jiffy Lube back home all the time. Today for the second time I stopped by Jiffy Lube in McAllen after having issues with my truck. To my surprise, I ran into the GM Javier, who left me with a great impression at a different Jiffy Lube about 2 years ago! I still remember him, his team and the great service I was given then and they did not disappoint this time around. My technician Ruben was great and went above and beyond to do my coolant flush, explaining every step and giving me pointers along the way. My father was with me and even decided to return on his own tomorrow with my sister's truck. Rivera was great too, doing my in take and answering all my questions at the start. Phenomenal service. Went in on Veterans Day and they were very helpful to honor the discount on oil changes they advertised on the sign. I was the only customer at the time and all the staff greeted me like I was region manager who was going to give them their holiday bonuses. Let me tell you, I’ve worked in retail, I’ve done a similar job at a nation wide tire distributor and this was top notch customer service. Yes there was the upselling of my air filters but they were quick to tell me the price, it was just coincidence they got a customer who is willing to do it themselves. Anyways, would recommend and I told the service tech to tell the whole team that I thought they did a great job and I appreciated how they treated me.

The guys at Jiffy Lube were awesome! I had my brakes and rotors replaced. It took awhile but I knew it would. They were very polite and the shop was very clean. Offered water or coffee. They also opened doors for me. Very respectful and polite. I will return and recommend them.
