Jiffy Lube Oil Change

The original Friday 10/10/25 afternoon service (oil change, tire rotation, air & cabin filters) was fast and friendly. However the cover for one of the filters was not put back on properly. Had to drive back the next day (10/11/25) They looked at it, said it just popped off, quickly put it back on and sent me on my way. The fix lasted about 3 hours. Now it’s Saturday night and the same cover is flapping / banging around. I’ve never had this problem before. Seems to me like they broke the cover on Friday (maybe accidentally and unaware?) and on Saturday also didn’t realize the problem. Or perhaps they just weren’t honest. Either way, the cover seems to be either broken or still not installed right. I won’t be back.

A bit expensive but you pay for the convenience. I was promptly greeted by a friendly face. He went over everything that my car recommended. I got the oil change and tire rotation. We were in and out in about 20 minutes. He didn’t try and oversell anything and was very friendly while we waited. I will certainly go back if/when I’m in a pinch again.

These guys did a great job, in and out pretty quick, got new wiper blades and I'm glad I did because I never saw a connector like that before. Everyone was friendly and efficient. Whole trip was less than 20 mins.

Staff was friendly and efficient. Let me know of potential problems. Price was good. I’ll be bringing all my vehicles in the future.

Long wait for vehicle after they began and very pricey! Double what I pay elsewhere. Tech told me and prior customer we had no oil in our cars when we brought them in.....RIGHT! UPDATE- Right after I posted my review, I was contacted (below) and I replied privately to this person. Obviously, it was a fake concern to make it look like they were trying to make things right. I never heard back from them.
