Great experience getting my oil change done here. The team was efficient, professional, and didn’t try to upsell me on things I didn’t need (which I really appreciate). They explained everything clearly, had me in and out quickly, and treated my vehicle with care. You can tell they take pride in doing things the right way. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this location to others.

We all know the stories, the horror stories of taking your vehicle to Jiffy lube. While I'm quite capable of Performing most mechanical maintenance on my vehicles, I decided to give this shop a try because I was too lazy since the transmission pan didn't have a drain plug on my 97' chevy Silverado. Nevertheless all the guys at this entire shop were fantastic to work with. Customer service is alive and doing well at this shop. Not only that, the work ethic and quality of work provided was wonderful. They performed a drain and fill on the transmission fluid. To do this the pan had to be completely removed, so I had them replace the filter at my request, not theirs, at the same time. I wanted some other things done at the same time so they complied and went above and beyond. They even worked

The team there was very courteous and helpful, and answered all my questions. I had the coolant service, plus tire rotation, serpentine belt and spark plug replacement. Also inspection and registration. So nice to have all done at once, for a reasonable price. Will make this my new go-to Jiffy Lube.

I had a major emergency when a pulley on my serpentine belt broke right as I was exiting the freeway in Centerville. I limped into this Jiffy Lube at 5:45 PM, just 15 minutes before they closed. Since the truck was undrivable, Emma was a total lifesaver. She let me park it inside a bay overnight and had it fixed and ready by noon the next day. Emma and her crew were incredibly kind and professional. I’m so impressed with the service here and highly recommend them!
