My old Honda left me sitting over the weekend. I got it towed to Jiffy Lube in Schwenksville and called them Monday morning. They checked out my car within an hour and called me back and told me it was the alternator. Thru replaced the alternator and I had my car back by 4 pm and I was pleasantly surprised how inexpensive it was. Such nice people they explain everything and they are fast ! I would recommend this Jiffy Lube to everyone!
I had a great first experience at the Collegeville Jiffy Lube! The staff immediately met me outside and asked how they could help, and when I went inside I was greeted with a big smile and such a warm welcome. My oil change took only about 15 minutes, and they even cleaned my windows and added air to my tires, which I really appreciated. I had a coupon for the oil change, but the guy at the front desk actually offered me an even better one, saying he knows every bit counts. That truly meant a lot. Every single person I interacted with was courteous, friendly, honest, and genuinely welcoming. I’ll definitely be returning for future oil changes and inspections. Highly recommend!
Professional, polite and positive. I was greeted with a courteous associate upon arriving that walked me into the waiting space and the manager was very positive and nice and took good care of explaining everything to me and didn’t go down the road of trying to hard sell me anything. He spoke of options and I was in and out quickly. The ownership has taught their associates that customer service is paramount to their success. Great job!
The team at Jiffy Lube did a great job. They also gave me recommendations on service options that would enhance my SUV's performance. I will definitely come back when my vehicles need services.
I would highly recommend the Collegeville Jiffy Lube to anyone. I had an oil change and I was there for about 10 minutes! Great service, friendly staff and they don’t push you to do this and do that to your car. The guys who work there are super nice and awesome at their job!
