Timely service. Helpful crew. However, they estimated the price before we started would be roughly 60 bucks but charged me 122 bucks. They changed the oil filter - which was a good addition. I think they should’ve estimated the price better before starting and sharing that transparently

I’ve been going to Paoli Jiffy Lube for over a decade, and though i’ve moved out of the area, i decided to stop in for an oil change on Saturday, 11/22. I’ve always enjoyed the experience and the service has consistently been excellent, but this experience was quite different. The manager on duty showed me that my cabin air filter was deformed, and blamed it on whoever installed it when i had my car serviced last in Roxborough. He then claimed that because he was the former manager at Roxborough and wanted to “make things right” since “i was inhaling debris from the road thanks to whoever installed it”, that he would take half off of the cost of the filter. Sounds great right? Was he anywhere to be seen when it came time to be rung out? NOPE! The girl who closed my transaction had no idea

Will not go back to this shop ever! Ive been going to Paoli for years. I have a fleet of vehicles and always have oil changed at that location. I brought my work vehicle in for oil change and the manager showed me my interior cabin air filter which was covered in leaves and debris from the fall. I told him I had one coming and I would replace. He was nasty to me and put back the old one which was fine but he did not shake it out before replacing, the debris feel into the cabin filter space as he replace and the car now made a horrible sound when heat was on. I went immediately back and asked him why my car was so loud while heat was on and his response was “oh the debris feel into air filter space when I put the old filter back. You’ll have to get a special piecefor your vacuum and vacuum

So for unknown reasons getting even routine maintenance on a car has become difficult. No one wants you to wait and you get obvious lies such as Subaru telling me they can not do State Inspections when there is inclement weather…. Obvious non sense. Thank goodness for Jiffy Lube!! State Inspection, oil change and tire rotation all done in about an hour! I spoke with Johnathon upon arrival than Hannaliese, both were friendly… Price was as expected. You can usually find coupons on their website. Awesome place!!

I was extremely happy with this location. They took me immediately and were professional and courteous. And I was literally driving back home within the 15 minute guarantee that they said they would get it done. What a great job! Thank you.
