Excellent service today. The manager with the dreads and septum piercing was extremely professional, helpful, and made the whole experience smooth and easy. He explained everything clearly, made sure my car was taken care of, and provided great customer service from start to finish. I really appreciated how efficient and respectful he was. Definitely one of the best service experiences I’ve had—thank you!

They were very helpful, very knowledgeable and they were so nice and pleasant. I normally do not promote any place because of people‘s attitudes but here is the best customer service I ever experienced. The men there were gentlemen and the young lady that was there. She was very, very nice very helpful and very hungry for knowledge what she didn’t know she wanted to learn to know that’s why I can see her really thriving in this business. The staff at Jiffy Lube was awesome today. I went there for an oil change and also got my tires rotated. They were very nice and knowledgeable about my vehicle and what I needed to do going forward.
