Jiffy Lube Oil Change

Less than 3 minutes of pulling out of their drive way, my vehicle will now have to be towed because they went messing with things that wasn’t necessary with an oil change. So I’m left now with a bullshit $124.15 oil change and now a tow bill, plus repairs from their carelessness. What’s even worse is they zip tied a shop rag around it and tried acting like they didn’t do anything wrong and was doing me a favor. That’s the last time I’m coming here. I just had my other vehicle in here as well- Now I’m wondering if they sabatoged that one at all….

They were efficient while also displaying great customer service! Even when short staffed, they got my vehicle done in a reasonable amount of time and the energy in there was all smiles. I brought my toddler with me & he had lots of fun watching the guys. Thanks again! 10/10 Edit to add.. The man at the front desk was extremely polite, went above and beyond to make my son comfortable, and he explained options to me without being overly pushy. Coming from auto sales, I appreciated that approach very much!

Son needed an oil change on short notice - My regular mechanic is not open on Saturdays, so I thought jiffy lube would be a quick solution. I arrived 10 minutes before opening, and was second in line. At 8:00 a pleasant employee approached the car and set up my order. At the time he said it would be 15-20 minutes - no problem. An hour later, I was still second in line with no movement, no updates from staff on what the hold up was. Unfortunately, my son's schedule did not permit me to sit there all morning, so I left. I think this location needs to work on putty the "Jiffy" back into their lube .....at least a little communication would help

I wasn’t sure since it is the day before Thanksgiving if I would be able to get in to get an oil change, but I was greeted very warmly and the gentleman at the counter was so welcoming and got me right in. The entire staff that I had contact with was very friendly and helpful, and not only to me, but everyone who was in the lounge area. Happy Holidays to the entire staff at Jiffy Lube
