Update: the mechanic broke the battery current cord and when husband brought the car back in, no accountability. Was given $20 off to make this review- I think that was a sorry for man handling the battery! Picture shows battery status taken by mechanic, cord still in tact. Battery was super corroded and they got it fixed easily - great service

I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube thanks to Bobby, Benjamin, craig and Robert.Robert definitely appears to be a good team lead. The guys were incredibly personable and professional. We chatted about our careers, shared some laughs, and before I knew it, they had me in and out in exactly 15 minutes, just like the sign promised. They were super respectful, very knowledgeable, and clearly take pride in what they do. Customer service like this is rare these days. These guys absolutely deserve raises—thank you for making what’s usually a boring errand such a pleasant experience! Ps. They deserve a raise whatever you’re paying them isn’t enough. Bobby was awesome! He helped me with a badly corroded battery and an oil change, and the customer service was top-notch. They were honest and only replaced what was actually necessary—no upselling or unnecessary work. Highly recommend!

I came here for a routine oil change on my BMW and was turned away because a skid plate was blocking access to the oil drain plug. The staff stated they did not have access to the drain plug due to the skid plate and mentioned they were unsure of the exact drain plug location, even suggesting it might be the transmission plug. I then went to Valvoline right down the street and they completed the oil change without any issues and had me in and out quickly. They also took the time to explain that skid plates are relatively normal and simply need to be removed or adjusted to access the drain plug. The technician walked me through what they were doing and clarified why it wasn’t that big of a deal. I’m not sure whether this was an equipment limitation, lack of expertise, or simply store poli
