Jiffy Lube

I stopped by Jiffy Lube on Palmdale Blvd today around 4:00 PM, and I have to say the service was absolutely outstanding. From the moment I pulled in, the team was friendly, professional, and incredibly efficient. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made the whole experience quick and stress-free. It’s rare these days to find customer service that genuinely feels helpful and welcoming, but that’s exactly what I experienced. Huge thank you to the entire crew — I truly appreciate the excellent service and will definitely be back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We went there for an oil change & tire rotation on a Labor Day. Thank Goddesses they're open. I don't like that these hardworking men are working on a holiday, but at the same time, I'm thankful they were open as I will be very busy the next few days. Someone made sure we can have a drink and/or coffee in the waiting room. They cleaned our windshields & vacuum the inside for free! Alfonso was very polite and went to update me with every details they were doing and what they did. We were out of there in less than 20 minutes! Thank you for an excellent service!

Awesome experience. I went first to the jiffy Lube on Ave S and 25th and an employee greeted me by first day it's over an hour wait that they were busy with bigger jobs ahead of me and If I come back on a few hours they would most likely be gone. So I took a chance on going here and Jaime greeted me with a big smile and such a professional attitude the whole time asking me questions or any concerns I had about the there services while being there. I will definitely go back and so on after that. Very pleased with everyone there including Nestor the manager that gave me a real good quote on tires so when I decide to purchase them.

Didn’t accept my car because it was slightly lowered , staff was trying to be safe and not damage the car which is totally understandable but I believe jiffy lube should be more prepared for situations like this, because I took my car to valvoline and they were able to do my oil change , staff was great tho
