Great experience from start to finish. The staff was friendly, professional, and efficient. I was checked in quickly, the oil change was done faster than expected, and everything was explained clearly without any pressure or upselling. My car runs great, and I really appreciated the honest service and attention to detail. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend this place to anyone needing an oil change.

Adam was simply AMAZING. He did a great job, was thorough, showed me everything as he went along. They were fast but efficient. I'm extremely pleased!! With the cold front that came today, I'm incredibly grateful that he cleaned the fuel, and did my oil change. He went above and beyond, and I'm really grateful.

Last minute oil change by them resulted in 1000$ worth of repairs cause they stripped the drainplug. Had to have entire pan replaced. No refund or reimbursement cause I had the work done elsewhere... but they can't do a simple oil change why would I trust them to torque bolts back into my engine block? Thats a risk I can’t take as I depend on my car, and stripped bolts in the block would total it. They pushed blame to my actual mechanic (great people A&H auto or Elizabeth Auto!) because I don’t get EVERY oil change done by them(jiffy). But my car did NOT leak like that before I went last Friday, if it wasn’t their fault wouldn’t my car have been leaking before? Now my garage floor has a pool oil stain, and I will never go back to another jiffy lube.

What a great experience! Had never been to a Jiffy Lube before and only thought of them because of their "free oil change for veterans" ad I saw. What a great company to do that for those who served or are serving!! And the entire crew was attentive, respectful, smiling and each appeared to enjoy their jobs! Can't fake that and I'm certain no memos went out telling them to be nice or else, as some corporations did. They have a new customer after this experience!! Great job Jiffy Lube!!
