Jiffy Lube

EDIT 2: Jiffy Lube owned up to their mistake after I worked with them via the Better Business Bureau. They also compensated me the $99 I asked for. I was not expecting that, and raised my review rating because of it. EDIT: My Subaru dealership discovered something quite horrific. I took my car to Jiffy Lube initially for a Battery Cleaning and a Brake Fluid change on November 22nd. The mechanic there was able to clean the battery but was unable to change the break fluid. During the break fluid changing process, he changed out my calipers. He said he stripped a screw on the back left caliper and ordered new ones, then claimed he screwed them back in with another mechanic to witness this. To Jiffy Lube's credit, they only charged me for the Battery cleaning and said the car was NOT safe to

I had a great experience at this Jiffy Lube. They were fast, friendly and professional. They gave me an honest assessment of the condition of my air filter, wipers etc. and let me make an informed decision with no pressure. I highly recommend this business and will be returning for sure.

Excellent service and timing at this location. I normally arrive shortly after 8 and the staff has been so great to help me with my inspection and another time my headlights. They throughly explain everything that is happening! Prices might be higher than a regular auto body shop, but the turn around time makes up for it!

Went to get a quick oil change during my lunch break and process was very easy and quick! Staff member was also very positive and kind, overall pleasant experience.
