Jiffy Lube

I love this place. I think the guys that work there are super nice. They go out of there way to help figure out problems with your car with you. Even if ppl think they might be a little over priced I still would go because the staff. I go by the vibe of the place also so the vibe was cool it's a go for me.

Mechanic dangerously overfilled motor oil. Manager failed to offer a solution for me. Expressed that “ I guess I need to retrain a new employee”. Car sat idle for a week while I waited to have another automotive shop look at my vehicle. They determined that oil was dangerously overfilled, oil was never drained ( old oil still in pan) wrong oil filter installed. $100+ to install wrong filter, and overfill oil…… can you pronounce fraud?

I went in to get an oil change and they said my car wouldn’t start. I waited 20 minutes for a manager and he said just needed to give it gas and now my car stalls repeatedly dozens of times sometimes before it’ll start and stay running.

Got a full service oil change . Window wash air filter check oil change. Fact. Never clean the windows. Never check my lights Never check the air in my tiers. At the end on are receipt it had a different name ny lic plate we are from north Carolina. So watch your self. Never honor are $25 off coupon. And spent over $130. Put oil in my water over flow

The fellas at this location are a hoot. Funny, friendly, helpful and professional. My dealer and local mechanic can take a hike, I'll make trip to Plattsburgh to have them do it.
