Service was quick. Associates were kind and explained what needed to be done well.
Joshua was very informative as he explained what work my vehicle needed. He took the time to explain what each thing would cost, the time it would take and whether it was just a good idea or needed to be done soon. The work overall took about 30 minutes and he was super kind the entire time. Highly recommended this location.
Beware stay clear. The oil change is a fly trap used to solicit big jobs through scare and fear tactics. I thought to stop by for a quick oil change but was so scared I went right to my regular mechanic. My car was fine, it's something he has been monitoring and I was assured it was fine. He changed the oil on the spot for a fraction of the price. I guess this is a common practice at that location. I give two stars for them getting me in quick though.
BEWARE this place is a scam! I got totally ripped off. They suggested work I didn’t need and then didn't even do the work they charged me for. I also had a coupon that was never applied to my bill. I’m disappointed because I usually love and trust Jiffy Lube, but this location is VERY different from others. They definitely took advantage of me. DO NOT make my mistake.
They are great!!! Friendly and personable and they take care of me.
