Jiffy Lube

Pulled into Jiffy Lube with my car smoking—not even a customer, just someone in need. Joseph, the manager, went above and beyond. He helped troubleshoot, gave me antifreeze, crawled under the car, and even let me leave it there while I waited for a tow. His kindness and professionalism turned a stressful situation into a moment of real human goodness. I wasn’t a customer before, but I am now. Thank you, Joseph!

While I thought all was well and good leaving the store, i discovered two weeks later that the technician that opened my air filter box actually broke 2 of the 4 bolts that secure it to the base. No mention of it, no alert, no apology. .in fact- they never focused away from selling an air filter when the existing was clean! After breaking the first bolt - you'd think AT LEAST they'd use some Liquid Wrench to avoid a repeat. Beware!

We drove 6 hrs from PA to MA for an event for the weekend. After having our fluids changed in PA, we noted on our drive that our transmission was starting to act up and shifting was hard. We stopped at your location for a fluid check and was told by supposedly your "assistant manager" and I use that term loosely because I feel he was poorly trained and did not know what he was doing. I myself have car knowledge so when we asked for them to top off transmission fluid, we were told it's a liability to do that service. Hmmmmm excuse me! Are you not a service center that provides fluid changes, fluid checks..... So he provided no service suggestion. He just said he couldn't help us. So when does Jiffy lube not check fluids and provide fluid changes or top offs. When I looked at your website it

Great place. My experience was awesome. The manager Joe got me a great price on brakes and an oil change. The service specialist Chris actually took the time to show and explain to me about my old rotors and the issues with them. I've had brakes done many times and this was the first time they actually explained it with props no less. I didn't need an appointment and they were super quick too. Thank you for the great service and when I need the oil changed I'm going to no other place.

I went in for oil change, paid $131.59 for what I thought was full service. They did the oil and filter and that was it. My invoice indicates they checked everything else which they did not. I had to ask them to check the tire pressure. The check for lights was indicated lights good when in fact I have a light out. When I went inside to inform the manager he started yelling at me that I was being rude to his employee, and asked if I wanted him to clock out that I was being rude. So he threatened me. This is the worst customer service I have ever had.
