Oil change service was quick and easy. They knew exactly what kind of oil my car needed, how frequently I need to get it changed, and didn't bother me with extras. Waiting room was clean and comfortable. Handicap bathroom was available along with a small water fountain.

Great service from David, Chico & Jonathan. Customer service and top notch service for your oil changing needs. Truly wish I could clone them and put them in East Bay.

I called ahead asking about the price. They replied it would be $55 for my car.. when I wait in store for 40 minutes all of a sudden the price is $120. I confront them about it and then they say they can do a $90 option. Shady.. said they start from “55” but didn’t give me that option even though they quoted me very clearly over the phone. Avoid them.. be upfront in your pricing

Went in for a oil change for my 2021 dodge ram 2500 had to pay extra $140 because the front worker had a misunderstanding.general manager was there and was no help. Said I sign when asked what I wanted.. I sign what I told the worker. It was my fault trusting the worker to put what I asked for.. second my fault not asking for what I sign. They had me sign and they kept the paperwork not telling you how much your paying. That’s the last time I’ll be going there and any family and friends I’ll spread the bad review.

Thank you so much for your help today! My tires were dangerously low on a work trip this week. I was able to stop in and get some help refilling my tires when I struggled to get enough air into them at the local gas station. My check engine light turned off as soon as it registered the correct tire pressure. I appreciate you all for the help before I startef my 3 hour drive home.
