STAY AWAY UBER & LYFT DRIVERS!!!! This place likes to prey on hardworking uber drivers. I came here for an inspection and they failed me because of 1 tire and NEW windshield wipers. I came the next day and with a new tire and they said I needed to change the OTHER tire as well. I told them they are just trying to scam people and waste people’s time, they threatened they would call the police if I didn’t leave. I told them I would stay until the police came, I waited an hour for police just for them to pass me. How can people run a business like this.

Went to Jiffy Lube for an inspection required by Uber. They made an error on the inspection paperwork, and because of their mistake, Uber rejected the document. This caused unnecessary delays and problems for my work. Very careless and unprofessional. I would not recommend this location.

Fast and efficient. Very friendly and professional. I appreciated how thorough they were and great communication.

EDIT: Ugh, I spoke too soon. Thought I was happy with the speedy service, but realized the job was done fast but carelessly. The Tech didn't reinstall my air filter cover correctly and it was left wide open until I caught it myself a couple days later. I also checked the oil level, and it's WAY over the max line. I'm not sure how much they added, and I doubt they do either. There's way too much oil in the crankcase and I'll have to take it back to have some removed. Tall service bays to accommodate tall trucks/vans/buses. Brought my own oil for a labor-only oil change, which cost $56.

They checked out my car performed oil change and bumped glo plugs almost stopping my car from working. The girl did give some good recommendations though & the oil was changed. Hence 2 star rating. All things considered, I will never get oil changed at this location again. My car is my commuter car. I maintain it.
