Jiffy Lube

I am appalled by the practices of this location. My mom came in for a simple oil change on her older Prius and left with a $200+ bill. They offered to replace her windshield wipers for $30, and then charged her $30 for EACH SIDE. My mom is a stage 4 cancer patient who lives off of disability. I cannot believe that they would take advantage of someone who is so obviously sick. They deserve to get shut down.

Fantastic service!! I came in with issue getting my lights replaced and Aaron, Roman and Bryan were so helpful and gracious with assisting me to get back on the road driving safely. I’ve previously went here for oil changes exclusively, but I appreciated that they went above and beyond to help me in a pinch when I needed it! Thank you!!

Went in for an oil change, service was quick. They also refilled the air in my tires when I mentioned they were a little flat. They overfilled it by about a quart, but when I brought it back they did a whole new oil change for free, filling it to the correct level.

I took my car to GP Jiffy Lube for an inspection, and they overcharged me significantly. They said they were using original wiper blades but replaced them with non-original ones at a very high price. In short, they were not honest and it felt like a scam.

They were fast and efficient. They flagged a couple of system leaks that I knew about as it’s an older vehicle. Roman was a top notch associate!!
