Great service and great attitudes!! These guys were fast, efficient and brilliantly mastered through my oil change and some other issues I was having! In and out within a half hour! 🥅💯🥅

I saw the 15-minute oil change advertisement and went inside. As I walked in, I asked the manager, George, how long it would take. He said approximately 30 minutes. Then he took my car and moved it all the way to the back of the line. Customers who arrived after me were finished and left before I did, and I ended up losing an entire hour. When I told George about this, he didn’t even apologize and spoke disrespectfully. Never come here—choose the Jiffy Lube location just two minutes away instead. I’m calling out to the management: George is completely unprofessional.

The guys at Hoffman Estates Jiffy Lube were informative, efficient, and kind. The didn’t try to push add-ons once I declined. I felt well taken care of!

Team in Schaumburg were awesome, open doors for me and we're quick and efficient and Eric store manager has great customer service and the csa was great to work with and team looks very sharp. I Will recommend excellent service i give 10 stars Best place to go for multi-care, I highly recommend

Came here on my lunch break, and was a bit nervous on my time, but I had about 3 guys working at the same time, one with oil, one checking tire stuff and another guy checking the fluids . Wally was the first friendly face I saw and very informative. Amel was extremely nice when helping me as well. I didn’t get the other names, but everyone was great. The manager Eric was very educational on what I needed and even told me about coupons. Plus, I made it back to work on time. The waiting area is clean with a TV and staff offered bottles of waters while waiting. SThis will be my new place for Oil Changes.
