⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely the sweetest surprise of my day!
I stopped in today knowing absolutely nothing about cars (like, zero knowledge, zero confidence). All I needed was a little air in my tires and some windshield wiper fluid. From the second I walked up, Jose, Hugo, and the whole crew were so genuinely kind and patient with me. Not only did they take care of the air and the fluid in record time, they went completely out of their way to pop the hood and give my oil a quick check—just to make sure everything was safe and good. They explained everything in the simplest, sweetest way so I didn’t feel silly for not knowing. Brayden & Jose helped me out a ton today! They were awesome. Honestly, the whole team here always goes above and beyond to make sure that my car is well taken care of. I really appreciate their kindness, generosity, and knowledge.

The assistant manager Jose was super friendly and helped me understand exactly what my car needed! So thankful that I didn’t need to drive my car into the bay and was able to wait at the Taco Bell nearby and have breakfast. My car was done so fast I didn’t even finish my food haha.

Andrew, Oswaldo, and Jose were great. Explain everything that I needed. Also they ordered parts for my car. My car really needed an oil change. It was quick and efficient.
