Jiffy Lube

I brought my Chevy Suburban into Jiffy Lube and had a great experience from start to finish. The team was professional, quick, and very respectful of my vehicle. They walked me through everything they were doing, explained the service clearly, and didn’t pressure me into anything unnecessary. My Suburban runs smooth, and I was in and out faster than I expected. It’s always nice finding a place that treats your vehicle like it matters. I’ll definitely be coming back for future maintenance.

Great service! I really appreciate that the main point of contact wasn't pushy with up selling. She let me know of potential issues, let me decide what needed to be done and respected that decision. Everyone was friendly and importantly it was fast. They have a good team here.

I always come to the same place for my routine oil change. Today Friday and I was greeted with cheerfulness and I am happy to return it again. The staff here are always super friendly and explain all things to me. They topped off my fluids and recommended an antifreeze top-off , which I knew that I needed, checked tires etc. it was cold outside, and I was invited to stay in the waiting area instead of my cold car.I will definitely continue coming to this location. Kayla and the team are awesome. She is very warm, sincere and hospitable. While I was waiting she approached me and told me my waiting time which is important to me. Over-all I had a great experience.
