Jiffy Lube

Pretty disappointed in the service, I was never asked what kind of oil I wanted and they put the most expensive one. My receipt says they “filled” certain fluids that were still empty when I pulled out. There were a few other things that were not done or completed that they marked as such on my receipt. I’ll be going back to the one on river road, much better service and pricing. They actually do what they charge you for!

This is the best jiffy lube I’ve ever been too. They helped me so much. Literally blessed me today with my car. My situation was a little wild and I hadn’t had an oil change in two years. They helped me. They made me feel like family. They explained everything to me and did not make me feel less than or dumb for it. BEST JIFFY LUBE EVER. thank you to the team that was working today around 4pm. Y’all are so amazing.

I just went in for an oil change at your facility located on sunset st. George and had the worse customer service. Unfortunately I didn't get the nans name, but he was 40ish and bald. He tried to charge me $101 for a simple oil change. When I asked why it was so high he got very defensive and said well don't you know there's tax??? Of course I know this. But he was trying to tell me there was $20 in tax!!! Obviously this guy thought i was an idiot. Guess because im a wonan??? I get my bill and it says 69.99 for an oil change. Again, how did he come up with 101?? He took 25 off which brought it down to normal price, but I had to keep questioning it. Went in for an oil change because my wife’s car seemed well overdue. Mechanic informed me it’s only been 3000 miles and recommended waiting till 5k for a change (previous tech left old sticker I went off of) I appreciate the honesty and kindness of the crew. Would definitely recommend this location!

I want to thank Tyler for his compassion and willingness to help me with a minor tire pressure issue today. I just got out of the hospital and have had a whole range of post surgery issues to deal with. The smallest things freak me out now. My tire light went on, so I pulled in to see about having the pressure checked. Tyler was kind enough to assist with without hesitation. This location I have used many times in the past for another car service. I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you!
