I honestly don’t even know where to begin with my experience at this location. I came here already stressed because another shop messed up my car and told me to come to this place so they could fix everything, especially the fuel filter issue. I trusted their recommendation, and I trusted this shop to help me in a situation where I was already overwhelmed. From the start, I was told I wouldn’t have to pay until the job was done properly. That gave me a little hope. But after they worked on my car, I was suddenly told I had to pay before I could even test-drive it. Even though this was not what I was originally told, I paid because I just wanted my car fixed and to move on with my day. But the moment I tried to drive it, the same problem came right back. The car broke again almost immediate

Had an oil change done here with Andrew and Shawn and it was a great experience! Price was reasonable and service was excellent. Walked me through the process and was very clear and detailed about everything being done. I would 100% recommended this jiffy lube location and both of them were exceptional to work with.

Great experience at Jiffy Lube. The team was professional, efficient, and transparent throughout the entire visit. Manager Shawn was especially helpful he made sure everything was explained clearly and that the service was completed quickly and correctly. I truly appreciate the honesty and customer service. I went to get an oil change and found out I had front taillight that was out. I went to autozone to buy one and they said they couldn’t put it in for me. Since I have a good relationship with the staff here I decided to ask them and they did it for me with no questions asked. Isaiah really did a great job and his customer service is top tier!

They went above and beyond for me! They didn’t just do an oil change, they took the time to help fix other issues with my car too. Everyone was incredibly nice, caring, and genuinely wanted to help. I’m really grateful for their service!
