Leo and the team were amazing. I had been overpaying at the dealership bc I have a hybrid and the last time I took it in to a different store, they didn’t know how to check the battery or anything. Not this store. They were professional and perfect! Highly recommend!

Staff was incredible, professional, and proficient. I had a terrible experience at the Middletown location and left due to terrible service; in fact, I left a poor review on Google. This location is the gold standard of service. I don't know who the owner or manager is in Middletown, but they should spend a day here and see how things should be done. I don't know who was this location that day, but I think it is safe to say one of the "higher ups" was there because he was reviewing some of the employees' performance. He was very positive, upbeat, and complimentary. Employee morale seems to be a dying art these days and it was refreshing to see someone encourage their employees through positivity, rather than negative comments. First time to this location. However. Mike was very knowledgeable and friendly. Everything was explained to me and I didn't feel pressured to buy things I wasn't really needing at the time. They got me in and out very fast. Will be back!
