I took my company truck here for a routine oil change and was completely shocked when i was asked to exit my vehicle so they could do a list of things they called my office in new york and got approved thst my truck did not need. Completely taking advantage of the fact they werent there to see it. They sold a front brake job claiming the friction material on the fromt brake pads was below 4mm without ever even pulling the wheels off to look. When they pulled the wheels and actually looked it was clear there was more than 4mm and i was told “well its already been approved”. I kept the old brake pads and measured them with a caliper when i left and they were all between 10 and 11mm. They sold us a cabin air filter and then did not replace it. This is a great place to get your oil changed. I told the mechanics I couldn't afford an expensive oil change, so they did my oil change for $28!! Yes, that's right, $28. They didn't try to upsale me on filters or wiper blades, they just went to work and completed the oil change is less than 30 minutes. It was so refreshing to not be inundated with all the issues mechanics find under the hood. The guys were friendly, professional and timely. This Jiffy Lube location is on Central Avenue.

My experience with Jiffy Lube in St. Pete has always been outstanding!!! They changed my oil and replaced my spark plugs in about 30 minutes. The manager there has always been upfront and open. Before I got there I had been researching spark plugs because I have had my 2018 Ford Mustang EcoBoost for over three years and I hadn’t changed the spark plugs. He advised me that my car looked good but could stand to change my spark plugs and I had not had the conversation with him about my previous research. I would recommend them to anyone trying to maintain their car.

From start to finish my experience was a very good customer service was top notch I would recommend this establishment and definitely will be back again for more oil changes. Came to get an oil change today and my car needed some urgent maintenance which was taken care of immediately! Literally in and out within 30 minutes. There was also some other issues they noticed and they were able to get me estimates and answer all my questions. Very thankful for all the staff working today, I get anxiety coming to get work done and everyone made me feel super comfortable and they weren’t pushing anything too much.
