Jiffy Lube

Two days ago (1/6) was my first Jiffy Lube experience in FL, when I brought my Acura in for an oil chance. It was recommended that the air filter be replaced, and had them include it with the service. Today, when driving to Publix. I heard a rattling noise ended the hood when driving above 35 MPHs. I opened the hood to see the plastic cowl panel and radiator cover loose and not seated correctly. The service tech forgot to reinstall the push pins after performing the service. This was not a great customer service experience!!

Pricing is exorbitant! $109 for a filter and 5 quarts of oil? Then shop fees? Then $11 for a 3/4 quart of oil. Service was adequate, nothing exceptional, just did the work. If I had not been I messed for time, I would have declined the opportunity. It's a mistake I won't make again.

I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube. The service was quick and efficient. The service manager, Christian, came out right away to ask what I needed, and the whole team made sure everything was done correctly. Christian took the time to go over all the different options with me and helped me find the best prices for what my car needed. I honestly think it was a 10 out of 10 experience — I’ll definitely be coming back!

I've been bringing all my cars there for years and lve NEVER had any issues. The lobby & Bathroom are always neat & clean. They always go the extra mile to make sure that my cars are done right & all my questions & concerns are answered. Mike the manager and Jacobi always go above and beyond every time I go there and l can't thank them enough for their dedication & work ethic. However, I do wish that they would bring back the free coffee as it made it that much more of a pleasure to be their & made the time go by quickly.

My change oil light went off, so I stopped in to have the technicians review my oil level. My oil level was slightly low and it was not quite time for service. Dakota and Chris the manager were extremely helpful. Chris pointed out that my coolant level was also low. They topped off the coolant and topped off the oil and sent me on my way. The service was excellent. Thank you for your help.
