Excellent service from start to finish. I took my car in for an oil change, and they also performed a very thorough general inspection. They explained the condition of my vehicle with complete honesty and only suggested what truly needed to be replaced, without any pressure or unnecessary costs. They are very professional, honest, and incredibly helpful, always willing to answer questions and assist. It's clear they care about doing a good job and taking care of their customers. I will definitely return and recommend them 100%.

I had not been to a Jiffy Lube in years because of some not so great experiences. Yesterday 3/3/26, I decided to give this Jiffy Lube a try because I really needed an oil change. I was pleasantly surprised at the way the team all communicated with each other to get the job done. They explained what was being done, showed the old filter and how dirty it was, as well as explaining the importance of getting your on changed in a timely manner. I really appreciated the feedback and the enthusiasm of the entire team. Jerry, Edwin and even the manager Randy that took the time to come out and talk to me to see if everything was pleasant. Shadyyy took it for an oil change. Then they inspected and said it had an oil leak. So we did the fix for the oil.they tried up-charging for break pads which was denied and now all of a sudden there is bolt missing from one of the break calipers, be for real. Am I suppose to believe this is a coincidence or is it a play to get customers to come back for overpriced services

Great service! Lyonel took the time to explain all my options clearly. I was in and out in about 30 minutes (only waited because a car was finishing up before me). I even stayed in my car grading papers while they worked. Super quick and convenient experience. Drove past this place many time but since I couldn't get into the dealership Jiffy for the WIN
