I had a great experience at this Jiffy Lube on Winchester Rd. Nate the manager took real good care of me and made sure everything was handled perfectly. His team provided quick, professional service from start to finish. Most importantly, this location is very veteran-friendly. Highly recommend Nate and his crew!

Wow! These guy were very thorough. They checked many things in my car that I never even thought of. They helped me make decisions for what was necessary and what was not. They were very nice and took their time while being patient and quiet while I had my sleeping little one with me. Probably the best jiffy lube have ever been to!

Nate was amazing! It was my first time here with my truck, but they took good care of me. He was even able to get me serviced before my scheduled appointment, which was amazing. Very good with communicating, kept me in the loop with everything, and walked me through whatever I needed. Would recommend and will be back :)) Price was soooo much cheaper than I anticipated, and so thankful for that.

Guys left greasy smudges on the door. Leads me to believe they handled my steering wheel with dirty hands and sat on my seat with dirty clothes. It’s a bummer to have any car handled this way but this one is only 5 months old. ***as a follow up, I received a phone call from Nate and he tried to make things right by offering a carwash. I don’t appreciate that my car was left with grease on it, but I do appreciate Nate’s follow up and good customer service in an effort to rectify things so I’ve changed my 2 star review to a 4 star review

Came in for an oil change, a tire rotation, and to have my tire pressure checked, I called before coming in since I only had about an hour to wait, and Nate was very helpful on the phone and in person. I mentioned that my car was taking a little longer to turn over than usual, and he was able to diagnose immediately that I likely needed a new battery. He had the battery tested, and he was right. I also mentioned my brakes were a little squeaky and he checked those immediately as well, and gave me peace of mind that they looked good. He even came in to let me know that the wear on my tires looked even, and I wouldn’t benefit much from a rotation, and gave me the opportunity to decide if I still wanted to pay for one at this time.
