Jiffy Lube

I recently had my oil and filter changed here, and I was very impressed with the service. Not only was the work completed efficiently, but I was pleasantly surprised to find that my car had been vacuumed and the interior was left very clean. That extra attention to detail really stood out to me. I truly appreciated the care they took and left feeling both pleased and grateful. I’ll definitely be returning for future service.

My wife brought her car here for a routine oil change. The oil change was not done properly and everyone at the location managers included couldn't really tell us what happened or went wrong with this routine service. We ended up having to replace the whole engine. What ensued was nothing but awful customer service and incompetence. They told us the engine replacement would be done at a dealership but they sent the car to some other repair place with 2.6 yelp star reviews without our knowledge or consent and then lied to us about it countless times. We have had difficultly getting paper work from them related to this or any explanation. The manager we dealt with initially, Colby was helpful but become unhelpful quite quickly and just continued to lie to us. We reached out to the jiffy lu

Came in right after I got off work 20 mins before they closed. These guys finished my car up in 15. Oil changed, even topped up my brake fluid and windshield wiper fluid. Which ive been putting off doing myself no extra charge. Went home and I had to check because I didnt believe they did all that so fast. Friendly people too. Coming here for all my future maintenance

Went in for oil change. Was told “have a seat, someone will be with you in just a moment.” About 30 min goes by and I notice my truck is now out of the bay and in front of the shop. I go to ask what’s up and I’m told to go wait more. Eventually a guy comes and says “that’ll be $102.00”. Nobody asked me any questions nor was I told what the price was prior to service. I told the fella politely “a little communication would have been nice” (a shop needs approval before service). Then he got ruffled and started speaking very unprofessionally. No one has time for a kid that doesn’t understand service, respect or how business is handled.

Most of the gentlemen were friendly and respectful! Service was quick. Sadly, there were two gentlemen who never explained the repairs or recommended repairs. The entire goal was to take my money and send me out. I kept up with oil changes. Never had issues until the past month. Paid for an oil change. Oil lamp flashed three weeks later. Returned to Jiffy Lube to get an explanation on why the oil lamp is illuminating. Jiffy topped my car with oil and informed me "we sealed your leak. You are good for two weeks. You can get 1 more free top off before your next oil change". THE ENGINE WENT DEAD 24 HOURS LATER!!!! Jiffy Lube Corporate emailed with a basic apology.
