Jiffy Lube

I pulled up to Jiffy Lube for an oil change and bc my brake light fluid light had come on. What I thought would be a quick fix turned into a much more detailed issue. The employees at jiffy lube went above and beyond to ensure I was able to drive back to the city safely. They stayed open 3 hours late and drove 45 minutes away to get a part necessary to complete my repair. They truly went above and beyond for me and demonstrated there are great people in this world. Would recommend to anyone, thank you

Brian was such a great help! Came in with my codes for service and he took care of it all. He was not pushy and explained everything really well. He was able to get an air filter for my car from another store within 10 minutes. HIGHLY recommend!

Phoenix was incredibly helpful, organized, and aware of all the options that my vehicle might need. He took the time to explain each option and advised me what he might wait till Later to do and what he thought should be done now/soon. There was no pressure just good information. The experience I had today was very punctual, very understanding and determined to give me a good experience at this shop in Elgin Phoenix was the person that worked with me at the counter very knowledgeable and patient overall very good experience. I would recommend this facility for an oil change.
