Jiffy Lube

I have been to jiffy lube a few times now. Everytime I am greeted with excellent customer service. This past time I needed a part for my shifter. Phillip went to two junkyards to see if the part was there. Unfortunately it wasn't. Philip then ordered the part for me along with a sensor I needed. Phillip has great customer service and is always willing to go the extra mile. The manager I think his name is Brian is always so friendly. He will always update me with what's going on, also tries to get me a good price and he succeeds. I sit and watch the workers. And honestly in my opinion everyone is hard working especially in this cold weather. I am highly satisfied with jiffy lubes service. I will definitely be returning. Thank you guys for all your hard work!!!

Came for an oil change. Great customer service. Super fast service also. You have a new regular customer! Also was able to use a coupon without any issues. I love how when he told me I needed coolant and it would cost extra, I told him I had some at home and he didn’t push to try to sell it to me. Great job guys appreciate the help!

I had a great experience at the Jiffy Lube in West Springfield. The staff was professional, friendly, and quick without making me feel rushed. They explained everything clearly, didn’t try to push unnecessary services, and made sure my car was good to go before I left. The shop was clean, organized, and the service was efficient from start to finish. I really appreciate the honesty and the customer care here—definitely my go-to spot for oil changes and maintenance. Highly recommend!

I went there last week paid $120 for an oil change, and that's the only thing they did was change that oil. Never checked the fluids or the tires or anything. It's a waste of money. I went there awhile ago, they supposedly put oil in my car. Told me to start it and I had no oil pressure. Come to find out they didn't put the oil in and they laughed about it. BEWARE

15 min oil change... I was the next car in line - after 30 mins I asked how much longer and was told at least 10 more mins, since they were doing a brake flush. Thanks for letting me know! I left and will never go back. This place used to be reliable, not so much anymore...
