Jiffy Lube

The entire experience was terrible. I had never been before, a man come to my car asked what I was there for, then said he’d pull in my car and walked into the waiting area. I had planned on staying in my car as the sign says I could stay in my car for my 15 minute oil change. I waited until he pulled my car back in and walked out and tried to get more information and said I had planned on waiting in my car. The woman said it’s all the same and she would be in to talk to me. They pulled in a truck and started working on that. 1 hour later, they started working on my car. I was told my vehicle had to have the synthetic oil and that it would be 85.99, but not to worry as she had a coupon so it would be less. I agreed to the service. The oil change itself did not take long as it shouldn’t. W

Fleet service here for many years - I’m from out of town yet my treatment is like a local . Service has (and still is ) Quick and efficient with a smile. Thanks for taking care of us !

I had my oil changed, tire rotation and the usual fluid top-off,with that. The gentlemen who helped me were very low key, but informed me what they were doing every step of the way. They were fast and professional. I'll try to come back here every time.

Only 2 workers were on the clock but they were very courteous & very thorough with their work. They worked together very well to explain services & get the job done.
