Jiffy Lube

Taken my car here a few times for oil change and the staff and service is good. I would appreciate it if they would open on time. Hours say they open at 8 everyday but when i come Saturday or Sunday morning i usually sit here until 8:30 waiting for them to open. I can’t be late to my job so I’m not sure why this is acceptable here. People have things to do.

One word-Fantastic!! This team was communicative, knowledgeable, empathetic, and just plain friendly. I made a google search and decided on Jiffy Lube which has a longtime reputation for hiring knowledgeable staff. I telephoned for my initial inquiry, and the call was answered promptly with a business-like voice speaking intelligently & clear. Upon arrival into a safe parking lot, that was free of nearby traffic at the local high school. My nervousness as a "walk-in" was de-escalated as soon as I proceeded into the spacious & tidy waiting area with handicapped restroom available. All my questions were patiently answered, and I had a few. Pricing was fair (plus an online coupon), my filter was in stock, and their honesty was above par. My car was in the garage in no time. Wasted my time. 40 minutes I’ll never get back but at least I got to get breakfast at McDonald’s. The only person that approached me after 20 minutes said I’ll get in in 15 min and my oil change will be competed in 15 for a total of 30. I explained I had time constraints. She assured me 30 minutes total. Went to McDonald’s, came back and the same cars in the bay were still there and my car didn’t move. This is why you work at Jiffy Lube. Don’t come here. Especially this location. Thanks for wasting my time

They did a good job for oil change and the workers are friendly/accommodating but DO NOT CHANGE YOUR SPARK PLUGS HERE! I had my spark plugs changed by Lexie (which took 3 hours!) and my car ran into many issues regarding driving/accelerating. It was also a bit costly (~$210) if you consider the cheap autolite parts used for the labor. There were yellow engine lights as well and when I attempted to accelerate, the car kept slowing itself down. I went in again and one of the mechanics, Randy, did fix it (with no cost) which solved the engine lights but car was running awful and not as smooth as before the spark plugs changed (even though he test drove and said it’s running good). Due to that, I did not trust them in fixing the main issue, so I had to go to the mechanic to have it checked. Th

Went in for a simple oil change. It took over an hour, and they kept trying to upsell services I didn’t need. The next day, my car started leaking oil. When I returned, they barely checked and told me it was just water dripping. I later went to another mechanic. They found the oil filter was not tightened properly, the rubber seal was loose, and a metal tool had been left in the oil filter area. I have photos. I had to pay extra to fix their mistake. Very careless work. Be cautious before servicing your car here.
