Laurie (or was it Lauren?) was very pleasant and professional! Went there on 9/30/2025 at about 2 pm, was able to pull in right away, have her read the OBD2 on my car, and shortly after receive a printout of my result. She also sent the info to DMV immediately--1 hour later I renewed my registration online without any issues. You're able to give a tip on the card reader (and she was in no way pushy about getting a tip). I needed a simple service, and I'm glad that it was just that--simple and painless.

Went in on 7/10/25 Pulled up, technician, Marcus F was polite and courteous. Had a smile on his face the entire time. He hooked the car up to perform the procedure which was fast and painless. Handed me my certificate and I was on my way. Great customer service.

Efficient and helpful. Bonus, you can also get your registration renewal done at the same time.

Every time I come here the machine's down are broken I'm done coming to this place that's the third time in a row does nothing but waste my time all day super unreliable service
