sorry for the delay here - as my experience two weeks ago was sooo helpful, pleasant, professional. The undercarriage of my 97 Lincoln Mercury broke off and down to the ground....not only did Jose help guide me to a two service that arrived in one hour, Jose was a constant communicator about his assessment, the charges involved and the timing of completion. Not only did he fullly understand my concern about cost for such an old car, he met my budget and then went beyond the need to advise how the incident ruined a tire, they noticed the need for brake pads and replaced a fuse that was affecting the power windows....Jose and his team know their business and now customer satisfaction...I am so hopeful and confident about the service received that my car willl be going for many more miles...

I had an amazing experience at JIG Auto! From the moment I walked in, everyone was incredibly helpful. Claudia at the front desk was so kind and accommodating and even though they usually require an appointment for drop-offs, they made an exception for me since I had an emergency with my tire and rim. I originally came in just to swap out a cracked rim, but Jose, my mechanic, went above and beyond. He noticed that my tire also needed to be replaced which is something I hadn’t realized. He did me a huge favor by finding an affordable replacement and even had it delivered within the hour. Thanks to their efficiency, I was back on the road in less than two hours! The level of customer service, honesty, and professionalism at JIG Auto is top-notch. I’ll definitely be returning for any future

Claudia and Jose were excellent to work with when my daughter’s car needed help after failing to troubleshoot the problem on my own. They gave me estimates before charging anything and were able to get the car running without any major replacements or hassle. They’re one of the most honest shops I’ve ever had the please to work with and their prices were very reasonable for the labor.
