Jill Joseph Tower Senior Apartments

I went here to tour an apartment for my mother. When we walked in there was two men screaming right in the hallway in a group of people. The lady in the front office was very nice but it was only her second day on the job therefore she did not know many answers to the questions we asked. The apartment that we were shown was dirty with spots over the bathroom sink. My mother and I immediately knew this was not a nice place for her to live.

New management in the building. Sabrina is organized and my paperwork was handled in a very professional manner. She is an asset for Clover management. It’s great to know that things get done for me.

Property manager is very rude she sometimes come to work in her pajamas and robe they don't really clean the apartment before renting. Tub have permanent ring stain , Drug dealers live on each floor don't have anything delivered because it may get stolen management keep saying that they cannot see who took it by watching the Camera, dirty carpet in the hallway on the 2nd and 3rd floor 😥I had to put 1star to post this SMH

Staff is very nice, but there is a smell to the building that is foul. Building is in dire need of major renovations and security is non- existent. I got in with no problem. Seems to be a lot of in and out foot traffic and it only took a minute or two to realize I wasn't going to want to live there.

Great property they are revamping the image of senior living. Management is very helpful and there Housing Public Safety SRT are the Best officers this city has. Keep up the great work
