Jim Betit Auto Body & Collision Repair

I’m very disappointed with my experience at Jim Betit’s Auto Body. After seeing how the owner communicates with customers — myself included — it’s clear why the shop struggles to maintain business. The level of disrespect and unprofessionalism I encountered was unacceptable for any service-based business. I strongly recommend that the owner himself take a serious look at how he interacts with customers and the community. Respect and professionalism go a long way, and unfortunately, that was lacking here. Extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. Wouldn’t use his business for a thing.

A very positive experience...Excellent work! Jim and Tammy are great people to work with and very honest. Jim was able to squeeze my vehicle in a jammed schedule. Jim took the time to really look at my vehicle and saved me a bit of money. He also fixed a scratch on the door that wasn't part of the front end repair. Highly recommend for any body work you need done.

wow, just stopped in to ask about a couple of lower molding clips , He seemed to be rather bothered just to come outside to look, then i went inside and he told me it would be around $50.00 because he needed to order 1 more part to what was already there so i said i didn't want to spend that much since it really only needed 2 clips, then he says well he is busy on a car he needed to go, damn he looked so angry and so bothered. I guess i will never go there again. He really needs an attitude adjustment, sheesh!

We dropped our car off last minute to Jim for a bulb replacement and new brake pads and rotors all around before a day trip out of state. I also asked him to give an estimate on a small area of damage from someone's door. Here's our timeline: -10:30am drop off- Jim could not give estimate -3:30 call to Jim to follow up- parts had just arrived, no work started, still no estimate -4:50 call from Jim to ask if I needed car back same day- only did front pads & rotors because another car came in & he was done for the day, no estimate again when asked -1:30ish next day call from Jim to say car is done & total is $1,256.75. -3:30ish arrive to pick up car & express disappointment of cost- Jim stated he stayed & worked on car until 7:30 night before (four hours, if he started at 3:30) Jim had our

Fantastic experience! Jim did a wonderful job with body and paint work on my 2012 Subaru WRX! Jim finished my car quickly and it came out great! I would most definitely use his shop again in the future! Thanks Jim!
